Purpose
At Keekee360 Design, we believe the best results come from strong collaboration. This document outlines how we work together, what we provide, and what we expect from our clients to ensure projects stay on track, on brand, and on deadline.
This agreement applies to social media management, website design and maintenance, and graphic design services.
Our Commitment
Keekee360 Design commits to:
- Deliver professional, strategic, and creative marketing and design services.
- Communicate clearly regarding timelines, deliverables, and approvals.
- Use industry best practices to support your brand, visibility, and growth.
- Provide guidance, recommendations, and creative direction as needed.
Client Responsibilities (Applies to All Services)
- Timely Communication
- Clients are expected to respond to emails, requests, and approvals within 3 business days, unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Delays in communication may result in delayed timelines or rescheduled deliverables.
- Content & Asset Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, timely, and high-quality materials, including but not limited to:
- Logos (high-resolution or vector format preferred)
- Photos and videos
- Business information, services, pricing, and contact details
- Brand guidelines (if available)
Keekee360 Design is not responsible for delays caused by missing or late materials.
Service-Specific Expectations
Social Media Management Expectations
Content Partnership
Social media success requires authentic, real-world content from your business.
Clients agree to:
- Provide monthly photos and/or videos of services, staff, projects, or behind-the-scenes activity.
- Share visuals of:
- Staff and technicians
- Business locations or service areas
- Service vehicles and equipment
- Before-and-after work (when applicable)
- Participate in content planning when requested.
Keekee360 Design will:
- Provide monthly content ideas and prompts to make content collection easy.
- Draft and schedule content based on assets provided.
Approvals & Scheduling
- All content will be shared via HelloWoofy for review and approval.
- Clients are expected to review and approve content within 3 business days.
- Content not approved within the review window may be scheduled to maintain posting consistency.
Reputation & Reviews
Clients are expected to:
- Provide quality customer service.
- Actively request customer reviews when appropriate.
- Share testimonials or success stories for marketing use.
Website Design & Maintenance Expectations
Content & Structure
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing all written content unless copywriting is included in the agreement.
- Reviewing page drafts and requesting revisions in a timely manner.
- Approving layouts and functionality before launch.
Maintenance & Updates
For clients on maintenance plans:
- Requests should be submitted clearly and include all necessary information.
- Minor updates are handled within the scope of the plan.
- Major changes, redesigns, or new features may require a separate quote.
Hosting & Access
- Clients must provide necessary hosting, domain, and platform access.
- Keekee360 Design is not responsible for third-party outages, hosting failures, or platform limitations.\
Graphic Design Request Expectations
Request Process
- All design requests should be submitted with:
- Clear purpose (flyer, social post, banner, etc.)
- Required dimensions or platform specs
- Final copy and images
- Incomplete requests may delay delivery.
Revisions
- Projects include a defined number of revisions as outlined in the service agreement.
- Additional revisions or scope changes may require additional billing.
Timelines & Deliverables
- Timelines are based on receiving all required content and approvals.
- Rush requests may incur additional fees.
- Keekee360 Design does not guarantee performance results that depend on client participation, ad spend, or external platforms.
Respectful Partnership
We value long-term, respectful client relationships.
- Harassment, excessive urgency, or abusive communication will not be tolerated.
- Keekee360 Design reserves the right to pause or terminate services if boundaries are repeatedly violated.
